Cheese and Egg Dishes


12 slices white bread
4 eggs
1 qt. milk
1 t. dry mustard
pinch of cayenne
1 lb. sharp cheddar, shredded
1 1/2 t. salt

Grease 11×9 casserole dish. Trim crusts and butter both sides of bread. Layer bread and cheese. Mix rest of ingredients. Pour over and set in fridge overnight. Leave out 1 hour before baking. 350 degrees for 1 hour.
